Overview
Vegas Club Casino uses GeoComply to verify your location and ensure compliance with New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE) regulations.
If your location cannot be successfully verified, real-money gameplay and wagering will not be available until the issue is resolved.
Most location verification issues can be fixed by adjusting device settings, browser permissions, or network connections.
GeoComply plugin issues (Desktop only)
Desktop users may be required to install the GeoComply plugin to complete location verification.
If the plugin is not installed or running correctly:
Download and install the GeoComply plugin when prompted
Restart your browser after installation
Reopen the Vegas Club Casino website
Make sure the plugin is allowed to run on your device
In some cases, restarting your computer may also help refresh the connection.
Location services disabled
Location services must be enabled on your device and browser.
To help resolve this issue:
Enable Location Services in your device settings
Allow location access for your browser
Confirm that the Vegas Club Casino website or app has permission to access your location
Enable precise or high-accuracy location settings where available
Without location permissions enabled, GeoComply cannot confirm your location.
VPN or proxy detected
VPNs, proxies, remote desktop software, and anonymizing tools may interfere with location verification.
To resolve this issue:
Disable any VPN or proxy software
Disconnect from remote desktop applications
Restart your device after disabling these services
Using tools designed to alter or hide your location is prohibited and may result in account restrictions.
Weak or blocked Wi-Fi signal
GeoComply may require Wi-Fi access even when using a wired Ethernet connection.
To improve location verification:
Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your device
Avoid public, corporate, hotel, or restricted networks where possible
Move closer to your router if your signal is weak
Some networks may block or interfere with geolocation services.
Near state borders
If you are close to a New Jersey state border, location verification may occasionally fail.
This happens because geolocation systems must confirm that you are physically located within approved state lines before allowing real-money gameplay.
If possible:
Move further into New Jersey
Refresh the page or restart the app
Attempt location verification again after reconnecting to your network
Browser-related issues
Browser settings or extensions may sometimes interfere with location verification.
Try the following:
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Use a supported browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox
Disable browser extensions that block location access
Restart your browser before trying again
Keeping your browser up to date may also help improve compatibility.
